UNP PNF Students Hold Basic Organization Training 2024

Padang – Students of the Department of Nonformal Education (PNF), Faculty of Education, Universitas Negeri Padang (UNP), held Basic Organizational Training (TDO) activities on 14-15 September 2024. This activity carries the theme “Creating a Generation with the Spirit of a Leader, Quality, and Competitiveness and Fostering a Sense of Solidarity between Nonformal Education Students.”

TDO lasted for two days. The first day was held at Patenggangan PNF Laboratory, while the second day was held at Ujung Batu Beach, Pasie Nan Tigo, Koto Tangah District, Padang City. The event was attended by all 2023 students and the PNF Department Student Association (HMD) management for the 2024/2025 period.

The Head of HMD PNF, Mukti Ali Andra, hopes that this activity can provide a deep understanding of HMD PNF to the 2023 students, so that they can be actively involved in organizational activities and contribute to the development of the organization. In addition, he also emphasized the importance of strengthening friendship, because strong organizations are built through togetherness and good teamwork.

“This activity aims to increase students’ knowledge about the importance of organization, as well as provide a basic understanding of organizational principles. TDO is an annual program that is routinely organized by HMD PNF,” he said based on a written statement received by UNP Public Relations, Thursday (19/9/2024).

During the activity, participants received various important materials, including organization and teamwork presented by Fitria Indah Novita, S.E., as well as negotiation and time management presented by Siti Hajar Thaitami, S.St, M.Pd.

Through the success of this TDO, HMD PNF hopes that the 2023 students will feel well received and ready to become part of the HMD PNF family, and contribute to advancing the organization in the future. (Put / UNP Public Relations)
