FEB UNP Public Lecture Discusses Leadership Strategies For Indonesia39s Energy Security
Padang – The Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) of Universitas Negeri Padang (UNP) held a Strategic Leadership Public Lecture entitled: “Building Energy Security for Advanced Indonesia 2045.” The event was held at the Auditorium Prof. Kamaluddin FEB UNP 4th floor on Thursday (25/4) by presenting Prof (HC) Dr. Ir. Dwi Soetjipto, MM as the main speaker.
The public lecture began with remarks from the Dean of FEB UNP, Prof. Perengki Susanto, SE, M.Sc, Ph.D., who explained the main purpose of this event. “We want to understand the challenges of our current economic resilience, including the development of renewable energy and energy conditions in Indonesia in the context of strategic management and green economy,” said Prof. Perengki.
The event was attended by 260 participants from various backgrounds, ranging from students, lecturers, to stakeholders related to energy and economy. The discussion was also a moment to exchange views and ideas on strategic steps in building a strong energy security for Indonesia.
Prof. Dwi Soetjipto, as an expert in the energy sector, delivered insightful thoughts on the leadership strategies needed to deal with future energy dynamics. “Energy security is not only about resource availability, but also about sustainability, efficiency, and innovation in sustainable energy management,” said Prof. Dwi.
The enthusiasm of the participants and the intense discussion showed that this topic is very relevant and important in facing increasingly complex global challenges in the energy and economic fields. It is hoped that this Public Lecture can make a meaningful contribution to efforts to build Indonesia as a resilient and sustainable country in the energy sector.
